Casino Cockatil: the reward system!

My end of the week reward after another grueling few days spent at the wine shack fulfilling others alcohol needs? A trip to the old school, via the intoxicating delight that is the Casino Cocktail. Originally published in 1930 in one of the first bibles of cocktail craft, The Savoy Cocktail Book, this is a potent blend of gin with small but important bits of maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and orange bitters. Nicely balanced, and sending me a little off balance, it is a drink definitely worth a stir or two!
